This week we catch up with Boudavida's founder, Anabel Sexton, to discover her favourite activities, books and sport that have kept her feeling motivated and inspired all through lockdown.
I am a bit of a compulsive reader. Currently, I’m reading Crime & Punishment by Dostoyevsky for my book club, but in between I have read a couple of memorable books such as Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and The Fountains of Silence by Ruta Sepetys.
Sometimes it feels great just to hit balls!
Growing Vegetables & Herbs
I've never been particularly green-fingered, but the extra time at home has given me the time to experiment. I am particularly proud of the herbs I have grown as I love using them in my cooking.
I am fortunate enough to live in deepest Somerset surrounded by beautiful countryside, so just going for a walk is a real treat. There is one particular loop which I love that takes about two hours and goes through the middle of the Glastonbury Festival site.
Watching the Sun Go Down
There have been some fantastic sunsets recently, and I have loved sitting with my family around our new fire pit at the end of the day and watching the sky turn red as the sun goes down.
