Emma Templeton

Emma Templeton is a para powerlifter with the Help for Heroes powerlifting team as well as the Invictus Games Foundation. One of Emma’s proudest athletic achievements so far, has been winning gold in the Warrior Games in 2019. Her aim is to bring together and empower women who are involved with the Help for Heroes charity, as well as increase participation of wounded, injured and sick military personnel.

The donation made by Boudavida will help to fund the purchase of a para powerlifting bench for the Help for Heroes Phoenix House Recovery Centre, as well as assist with competition entry fees.
