Tips for Use
- Wipe with a damp cloth before use to improve grip.
- The grip will improve the more you sweat on your mat. Spray with a little water to improve friction before use.
- Naturally antibacterial as viruses, bacteria and fungus do not grow on cork.
- Low thermal conductivity - your cork yoga mat will always feel comfortable no matter what temperature your body is.
- Clean with diluted vinegar and water solution and a little bicarbonate of soda for stubborn marks.
- Do not clean with harsh chemicals such as bleach, and avoid using abrasive cleaning products as this can damage the surface of the mat.

I have loved boudavida as a brand for their generous discounts and what they do as a company. The cork yoga mat is my first ever mat and so I was picky of getting a really good quality mat. I was not disappointed. I can do my yoga with ease, good cushion to floor and great length size. Although, because it is cork, it is not VERY smooth, just mildly catches your garments but not a bummer. It is not like it rip-offs your leggings or what not. I wish boudavida will step up with their delivery time. I received this item after 8 days. Thank you.
Really great non-slip!
Wonderful natural cork yoga mat with a non-slip base. Great for practicing yoga at home but I also intend to take to classes with me when the studios re-open! Fantastic quality and so pleased to find a mat made with natural materials.
